1. Frequently check the fasteners of all parts during use, and tighten them in time if they are loose;
2. The gear engagement area of the machine is lubricated with lubricating grease, and oil is added once every half month. There is a powder metallurgy bearing bush in the bearing seat. Oil should be injected into the oil cup on the bearing seat twice per shift, otherwise, the consequences of shaft and bearing bush gluing should be borne by yourself;
3. The amount of flour added during flour mixing shall not exceed the capacity of flour bucket to avoid burning the motor;
4. If oil stain is found on the dough, it shall be repaired in time and the oil seal shall be replaced.
5. After the machine is used, it should be cleaned in time to avoid affecting the reuse;
6. During cleaning, the height of water added in the bucket shall not exceed the low point of the shaft to prevent water from overflowing from the shaft hole of the side plate of the bucket or flowing into the interlayer of the side plate, which will affect the service life;
7. This machine is a drip proof appliance, and it is prohibited to use a water spray pipe for cleaning.
